As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Montford International College collects your personal information to process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to enrol you or deliver VET training and services as required.

How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to: deliver training and assessment services; manage course administration; and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as an RTO.

How We Disclose Your Personal Information
Under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act), Montford International College is required to disclose your personal information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER) for inclusion in the National VET Data Collection, and to relevant State or Territory Training Authorities. This data is used to inform VET research, policy, funding and reporting. We do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.

How NCVER and Other Bodies Handle Your Information
NCVER will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the NVETR Act, and its privacy policies. Your information may be used for: creating authenticated VET transcripts; administering VET; statistical research and data linkage; policy and workforce planning; and supporting consumer information. NCVER may disclose your information to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), State and Territory authorities, VET regulators, and researchers acting on NCVER's behalf.

Surveys
You may be invited to participate in student surveys by Montford International College, NCVER, government departments, or authorised researchers. You may opt out at the time of contact. As part of your enrolment, you will also be required to participate in the National Student Outcomes Survey conducted by NCVER, which may occur during or following the completion of your training. Participation is voluntary.

Access and Complaints
You may contact Montford International College at any time to request access to or correct your personal information, make a complaint about how your information has been handled, or ask questions about this notice. Refer to the Montford International College Policy Manual for further information on Privacy Policy.

Montford International College may take photographs, video recordings, or collect written or recorded student testimonials during training, assessment activities, events, or campus activities for educational and promotional purposes. These materials may be used on the college website, social media platforms, publications, student magazine, MIC TV, newsletters, displays, marketing materials, or other promotional channels. Staff may also request students provide any of the above of the students' own creation for the same purposes.

• Personal names or identifying details will not be published without prior consent.
• Staff will inform students before capturing photographs, videos, or recording testimonials.
• Participation in photographs, videos, or testimonials is voluntary.
• If you do not consent, please inform the staff member at the time so that you can be excluded.
• Students may withdraw consent at any time by submitting a written request to the college. Upon receiving the request, Montford International College will make reasonable efforts to remove the image, video, or testimonial from future use within 24 hours where practicable.

Please be assured that any discussions held with Montford International College representatives will be solely for the purpose of your assessment and skills development. During the course of training, we do not plan to discuss your evidence, work practices, or progress with other students or trainees, unless we have received your written permission to do so. You are required to provide written consent for any such discussions.

In signing or submitting this form I acknowledge and declare that:

• I have read and understood, and consent to, the Privacy Notice above, and have completed all questions and details on the enrolment form.
• I have read and understood Montford International College's current Student Handbook and information provided on its website (www.montford.edu.au), which contains detailed information about the ESOS framework, course entry requirements, English entry requirements, and LLND requirements.
• I have been informed about the training, assessment and support services to be provided, and about my rights and obligations as a student at Montford International College.
• I am fully aware of the fees and refund policy, conditions of enrolment and privacy statement as set out in the Privacy Policy and Procedure, available at www.montford.edu.au/downloads, which I agree to abide by as a student at Montford International College.
• I understand that I am not required to pay more than the initial tuition fee amount as stated on the offer letter (or 50% of the tuition fee) before the start of the course. However, I am aware that I have a choice to pay more than 50% of the tuition fees or the full course fees upfront if I choose to do so. Any amount of fees paid before the start of the course will be reflected in my Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
• Arrangements have been made to pay all fees and charges applicable to this enrolment.
• I agree to be bound by Montford International College's Student Code of Conduct, regulations, policies and disciplinary procedures whilst I remain an enrolled student.
• I understand and have been provided with information in relation to Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
• I have visited the Montford International College website to review Training and Assessment options available to me, including but not limited to duration, location, mode of delivery, fees, refunds, complaints and withdrawals.
• I authorise Montford International College, in the event of illness or accident during any Montford International College organised activity, and where emergency contact or next of kin cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, to seek ambulance, medical or surgical treatment at my cost.
• My academic results will be withheld until my debt is fully paid and any property belonging to Montford International College has been returned.
• My participation in this course is subject to the right of Montford International College to cancel or amalgamate courses or classes, and I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Montford International College.
• I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that this application and declaration must be signed by a parent or legal guardian if I am under 18 years of age at the time of application, and that I must be at least 18 years of age at the time of arrival in Australia.
• I declare that all information provided in this application is complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that failure to provide correct information or documentation may result in cancellation of my enrolment.
• I acknowledge that from time to time Montford International College may send me information regarding course opportunities and other promotional offers, and that I have the ability to opt out.
• I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice above.
