OnlineRequest a refund of course fees. Refunds are processed under the Fee Management and Refund Policy and may take up to 20 working days.

Complaint or Appeal
OnlineRaise a complaint, or appeal a decision made by the college. Appeals must be lodged within 28 calendar days (or 20 working days, whichever is longer) of the decision.
