Orientation

At the beginning of your course, you will participate in an orientation session designed to provide you with essential information about course requirements and important dates. This will also be a great opportunity to meet your trainer and fellow students. During the orientation, you'll learn about assessment criteria, the complaints and appeals process, and reassessment procedures.

The orientation will also cover crucial health and safety information, including emergency evacuation procedures and incident reporting. For more details, you can refer to the health and safety section of the handbook. Additionally, you will be introduced to your rights and responsibilities as a student.

The orientation is a perfect chance for you to ask any questions you may have about your studies. We will ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed. You will also receive your first set of learning materials to begin your educational journey

You must attend an orientation session and sign off on this activity. We will ask you to complete a form that updates your personal details for the College database and provides more information about your background and any special needs that we must collect as a registered training organisation.
